Upon receiving my business degree from UCI, I embarked on a venture that was much more than a career path - it was a bridge between my cherished memories from my hometown in Germany and my aspirations in the US.

My formative years in Germany were full of traditions, none more sweet than our Sunday family gatherings at the local gelateria. In 2008, we relocated to Westminster and I carried with me not just memories of my childhood but also a realization: desserts in my new home seemed unjustifiably expensive. This sparked the inspiration to create my own gelateria.

With 2015 marking the inception of Eiswelt Gelato, my dream materialized through hard work and resilience. Launching this journey was full of challenges, however it's an experience I embraced with no regrets. My deepest gratitude extends to every patron, whether you're a newcomer or a regular, for your unwavering support. It is my sincerest wish that our handcrafted gelato characters bring joy and light up your moments as they have lit up mine.
